Biography
With decades of successful experience across all Connecticut legal practice areas, Attorney Weisman started the Firm over 40 years ago and, because of his leadership, the practice continues to provide clients with a team of dedicated and sharp legal experts in all areas of law.
He has built an illustrious career and has specifically succeeded in numerous cases for clients in criminal law, family law, personal injury, landlord-tenant, trust and estate, and real estate. He has served as counsel to credit and lending institutions including, Household Finance and Bank of America. He in fact, set up the mortgage loan documentation and procedures for a local lending institution at a time when banking regulations were evolving at a rapid pace.
Joseph graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1965 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar and U.S. District Court in 1967 and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1973.
