Yael Borenstein

Business Manager and Senior Paralegal

Yael Borenstein has been a paralegal with Weisman Law Firm, LLC since 2007. She currently assists with all real estate related projects, including, residential, commercial, multi-family acquisitions and sales, and commercial financing. She is involved with reviewing of contracts, due diligence, title analysis, and drafting of all closing related documents. In addition to real estate, Yael has extensive experience specializing in landlord/tenant matters. She has worked on thousands of eviction cases and other landlord/tenant related litigation.

Yael obtained her Bachelor’s degree in business, management, and finance from Brooklyn College and a Certificate in Legal Studies from Post University.  She also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License in the State of Connecticut.

Yael lives with her husband and four beautiful children in Waterbury, Connecticut.
